Qualifications:
Knowledge of IT, students without any experienced are welcome.
Knowledge how to operate and repair computer.
Analytical and systematic problem solving skills required.
Knowledge of German and English – fluent (minimum B2) or Czech and English -fluent (minimum B2).
Help desk, customer service or support experience will be an asset but is not required - on the job and commercial training designed to enhance skills and support capabilities will be provided during the on boarding process.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution for customer’s end users.
Use the Call Tracking System to documents and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumvention's.
Works within a team with supervision as an established application administrator supporting end users/customers/partners with technical queries.
Works within the Desktop teams or under guidance from the project manager on implementation and supporting identification of the shortcomings of implemented technical designs to meet service delivery requirements.
