We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
Client Support Specialist
Main responsibilities:
- Managing customer questions, requests and enhancements using online tools and processes
- Demonstrate the ability to manage a broad range of issues and critical situations
- Collaborate effectively with various internal teams, including engineering, to drive resolution
- Communication and documentation of bugs and issues to product development teams
- Continuous update of documentation of typical technical support questions (FAQ)
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, English proficiency
- Working in the US time zone
- Good initiative, communication skills and good team member
- Strong problem-solving skills
