Duties will include:
- Project and Transition Management
- Initiate and help lead each implementation project in co-ordination with the company's teams and the client's key contacts.
- Working with project teams to build trustworthy relationship between the corporate client and the company
- Ensure transparency, assist in managing project timelines and of client implementations.
- Analyse client's needs and requirements, liaising with other internal contributors to develop a comprehensive solution proposal.
- Understanding working with different types of data structures to migrate data during the transition phase
- Work with client to publish initial employee communication.
- Define and assist in documenting new processes and tools for day to day operations.
- Assist in educating clients on the implemented solution.
- Assisting clients to complete user acceptance testing during the transition project
- Consulting
- Provide support to internal stakeholders on client related issues.
- Attend client meetings where necessary to provide potential solutions to improve current operating models.
- Assist internal stakeholders (IT, Account & Relationship Management, Operations and Sales) on solutions or system functionalities in relation to industry requirements
Requirements:
- at least BA in Finance, Accounting, Economy and similar
- absolutely fluent English, min. strong C1 as a must
- min. 2-3 years in financial industry, banking incl. client interactions
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Experience in dealing with VIP stakeholders and/or Senior Management
- Project driven mentality
- Technical skills- VBA, SQL will be considered a strong asset
