Job Description
Delivery of professional data management services to the Marketing Operations Team based in company's headquarters, using internal CRM system and SAP CRM
Managing changes to contact data submitted by the users of internal CRM system
Managing changes made to client and organisational data submitted by users
Effective management of the workload of the team based on the priorities set by Marketing Operations Team
Coaching team members to ensure they develop the knowledge of the systems needed to complete their daily tasks
Regular communication to the team on subjects and issues relevant to their day-to-day roles
Efficient delegation of tasks as and when required
Keeping the relevant managers informed of weekly progress of the team workload
3-5 years of professional experience in a Shared Service/BPO or data processing environment
Proficiency in data entry and data management
Proven track record in a role of a Team Lead or people supervisor
Fluent English, German and Polish
CRM system experience
Knowledge of SAP
Computer skills (MS Office)
Leadership skills
Willingness to travel, particularly during transition
Strong analytical skills
Flexibility and ability to cope with changing priorities
Team work and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
