For our Client an international company we are looking for:
Citrix Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Citrix XenApp internal support on second level
- Citrix server monitoring
- Diagnosis and fixing Citrix related incidents, reported by users
- Fixing errors detected by internal tools (i.e. SCOM)
- Administration over users sessions in AppCenter
- Management over users profiles
- Knowledge of IBM Tivoli Backup
- Creating and extending process documentation
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in administration of XenApp farm
- More than 2 years of experience in end users support
- Very good knowledge of Citrix environment, virtualization, VDI
- Knowledge of good IT practices (ITIL)
- Working experience in Microsoft and Citrix Desktop Virtualization. Certification will be an advantage
- Working experience in Microsoft and Citrix servers
- Experience working in AD
- Experience in PowerShell
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols
