Perform tasks assigned which relate to the main objective of the team

Perform data entry, customize, administrate and update Online Booking Tool settings as well as CWT Tools

Effectively assess problems and their potential impact seeking out solutions to issues taking timely/positive action to resolve

Investigate and try to reproduce technical issues, escalating client request to appropriate internal or external teams when enable to solve feedback with appropriate solutions to requestors

Perform any necessary testing to ensure OBT updates are in place

Report any technical issues to vendors to solve system failures

Interact extensively with Program Management & local implementation and support teams, TTS fulfillment teams and OBT suppliers/Product Managers on a regional level

Make use of expertise as a member of regional team to maintain pro-active approach and offer workarounds/innovative solutions

Constantly work and improve Client Satisfaction by performing all duties assigned, meeting deadlines, and effectively prioritizing workload
Represent CIS/CWT in a professional and positive manner.

Education Bachelor Preferred ‐ Bachelor Degree in related field (IT, Tourism)
