(DSP Project)
Main objective / Context
The DSP (Data Standardization Project) Team will be responsible for implementing CWT clients into new configuration standards rollout during the first phase of the project. The implementation team will use internal tools to perform both setup and quality testing, to ensure all works as designed.
Main responsibilities & duties

Configuration of dedicated system components (CWT Portrait Line Definition)

interact extensively with all DSP Project Managers and DSP Central Team members (multilingual, internal Clients) via email and phone
-
follow data changes schedule among 2 phases of the project
-
follow Client’s migration schedule into the new standards
-
test Client’s changes implemented in GDS systems
-
search for solutions, reproduce issues (if any) and taking corrective actions
-
if needed, appropriate escalation to direct management and/or to DSP Central Team
-
Ensure best practices are adopted regionally, as well as locally
-
Act as a Team Player
Candidate’s profile:
