CHINESE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job office: Warsaw
RESPONSIBILITIES
- providing excellent customer service (supporting Chinese clients)
- building up positive relationships with customers
- resolve issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- assisting in website development (translation activities)
REQUIREMENTS
- native Chinese and good English communication skills
- Polish language is not essential but the basic knowledge of Polish would be an advantage
- strong customer orientation and good interpersonal skills
- background or experience in economics or financial services would be an advantage
- previous experience in a customer service role desirable
