Change Management Analyst

Summary of Role

 

As a Change Management Analyst at ACN Europe, you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects and change management initiatives that are assigned to you. You initiate the project, prepare and present plans to the management team or program board and take full control over the execution of the project. In addition together with the different business areas you will define change management priorities and create a strong Continues Improvement structure.

 

4 Key areas you need to focus on:
  1. Independent Business Owner experience (Our Sales agents)
  2. Customer experience (The Order Journey and Customer Contacts)
  3. Change management initiatives (Telcom, Mobile, multiplay, Wellness projects)
  4. Continuous improvement initiatives (Small to medium projects)
Major Tasks
  • Initiate business projects
    • Support preparation of business cases
    • Translate business cases into project plans
    • Make and get the required commitment for the resource planning
    • Involve the right stakeholders as the sponsors
    • Get approval for the projects
    • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Execute projects
    • Manage and motivate internal and external resources, minimize resistance to change in the organization
    • Organize and chair project meetings
    • Report to the business sponsor and/or MT
    • Solve complex dependencies within and between projects
    • Manage escalations
    • Deliver in time and within budgets
  • Advise & train
    • Train people in project approach and methodologies
    • Teach the organization to think in “target driven projects”
    • Manage the transition/handover of project knowledge to the business
  • Business Requirements
    • Gather business requirements and capture them in a Business Requirements Document (BRD)
    • Transfer Business requirement into a solution document (SD) to be used by the development team
  • Maintain the improvement log and organize weekly meetings with the business to update the list and capture additional development opportunities.
  • Work closely with the CS/RS Quality Assurance team to ensure information is shared, best use of resources and to prevent double work.
  • Maintain and promote the KANBAN improvement corners, ensure the white boards are updated and maintained daily.
  • Provide feedback to staff members who raised a certain improvement initiatives, explain why we action and do not action certain initiatives based on certain criteria.
  • Provided internal project and change release support for Operation business requirements.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role ideally within a large blue chip company environment
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in leading cross-functional teams and driving change
  • Proficient analytical and presentations skills
  • Coaching experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of self-motivation and desire to constantly improve personal performance.
  • Project Management: Initiative, track and deliver initiatives within the agreed time frame.
  • Able to identify and communicate issues that need to be escalated to the Line Manager
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Other European language skill(s) is an advantage
  • Experience and/or knowledge of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and Project Management.
