We are looking for you:
- If you have a master's degree,
- If you have a proven record of relevant change execution experience preferably with international exposure,
- If you are able to drive and manage multiple projects independently in an international context,
- If you have a competent understanding and experience of KYC Policy and Regulations,
- If you have a personality and the capabilities to function effectively within an Agile environment,
- If you are able to manage large groups of diverse stakeholders simultaneously,
- If you have an excellent level of English,
- If you are a proactive person with a pragmatic mentality.
You'll get extra points for:
- Experience in applying a Risk Based Approach within the Transaction Monitoring domain and you are familiar with the latest industry development, including tooling development,
- Experience in working in Agile environment.

Drive ING’s Transaction Monitoring Remediation portfolio in an effective and efficient way in order to realise ING’s strategy and it’s regulatory obligations. The scope of Change Execution covers both designing TM solutions as implementing it in the business, information processes and systems . Create value by taking responsibility for the realisation of Forward Fixes within the Transaction Monitoring Remediation Pillar in a coherent way, actively managing the interdependencies between various change initiatives and driving the integrated roadmap for (cross-border/cross-tribe) transformation programmes forward in a consolidated joint effort in accordance with the one agile Way of Working.

Scope of duties
60% - Lead change initiatives within the TransactionMonitoring Forward Remediation portfolio.
20%-Collect and pursue Forward Fixes throughoutING’s global organisation to further help theteam built and manage a comprehensiveoverview of TM fixes within the remediationdomain.
10% - Align our Way of Working within theRemediation Pillar and actively facilitate,promote and enforce its standards andguidelines throughout the organisation.
10% - Provide expertise and contribute to cross-teaminitiatives aimed at solving complexchallenges in the TM remediation landscape.
