- Own and manage several change management initiatives through the discovery, execution and benefit realization phase.
- Conducts impact and stakeholder analyses, develops and implement change, communications, training and implementation of plans and activity schedules.
- Leverage change management methodology and apply as appropriate for the business environment, adjusting as needed to ensure focus is on execution and impact for the people-side change on a project
- Collaborates with training resources to ensure instructional materials are developed and training is delivered.
- Conduct business readiness assessments, evaluate results, and develop plans to ensure business is prepared for and adopts upcoming changes
- Provides detailed information to management to ensure risks/issues are surfaced and mitigated.
- Works under minimal supervision to identify and evaluate fundamental issues on the project.
- Acts as a change agent by emphasizing and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Experience in leading multiple large change management initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills, presentation skills, facilitation skills and significant experience working with people at all levels of an organization.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to execute against multiple projects and excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
- Ability to operate within a busy team environment and build relationships across business lines
- Ability to manage a heavy and varied workload while demonstrating strong attention to detail
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 10+ years’, including experience managing projects through all aspects of a project life cycle)
- Bachelor’s degree and three to five years of experience in change management.
