- Managing deployment of JTI listening strategy, with emphasize on: global annual employee engagement survey, pulses and talent life-cycle surveys
- Collaborating with external service providers as well as coordinating the internal project network to successfully launch global initiatives. Serving as a point of contact for senior stakeholders and Leadership.
- Administrating external surveys platforms – ensuring high quality data and data mapping, managing roles and permissions to the systems as well as ensuring proper reporting hierarchies.
- Providing trainings on usage of the platforms, reading reports, action taking as well as expert advice on the Employee Engagement Survey toolkit, software and methodology etc.
- Monitoring the implementation of markets’ action plans as well as initiating best practice sharing among markets in order to improve employee experience
- Developing communication campaigns for projects, incl. cooperation with internal Corporate Communications team, preparing toolkits for markets and global messaging
- Managing global Top Employer certification for JTI participants (50+ markets). This includes annual planning, global certification submission and audit, markets’ completion guidelines development as well as local submissions/audits coordination.
- Coordinating global and regional feedback sessions delivered by Top Employer Institute to internal audience
- Providing input for budget planning and managing procurement and payment-related tasks regarding projects
- You have an University degree and cross functional knowledge/preferable experience in FMCG company
- Project management experience on large-scale projects / or 2+ years HR experience, preferably with experience as company-wide employee engagement survey and/or TE coordinator.
- Result-oriented and pro-active approach combined with strong customer-centricity
- Autonomous, structured and well-organized
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentations skills (including strong verbal reasoning)
- Excellent command of English (oral and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel skill is a must as well as good knowledge of Power Point).
