- Manage Top Employer certification process on a Global level providing guidance/instructions
- Complete the Global survey and validation obtaining process information, data and supporting documentation
- Collaborates with the service providers, with core internal project members and interacts reginal key survey stakeholders/coordinators
- Works to ensure high quality mapping of internal data to survey and troubleshoots associated data quality issues
- Ensures timely development and delivery of communication toolkit for project coordinators
- Work with survey provider
- Provide expert advice on the Employee Engagement Survey toolkit, software etc.
- Have an University degree
- Cross functional knowledge/experience in FMCG company
- Project management experience on large-scale projects / or 2+ years HR experience
- Result-oriented and pro-active approach
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Excellent communication skills (including strong verbal reasoning)
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong command of English Language (oral and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and analytical tools
