Status: Full-time
This position defines the overall Dell support and deployment solutions for the customer and makes presentations on all aspects of services sales and delivery. You will be responsible for providing pre-sales support to field sales teams during the sales process and accountable for attaching the support and deployment services to the products and solutions sold by Dell to meet customer's needs and maximize the revenue and margin of services sold.
Responsibilities:
- Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products and services to meet customer needs.
- Conducts customer needs analysis.
- Provides project scoping.
- Coordinates internal specialists and inter-department activities.
- Assists sellers in creating demand for product.
- Requires a high degree of competency to respond to customer needs and to discuss services deliverables with technical users/buyers.
- Customarily and regularly engaged at client facilities and delivers high impact presentations leveraging strong technical skills.

The ideal candidate is/has:
- 5+ years’ experience in sales.
- 2+ years’ experience in IT/technical service sales (preferably with foreign accounts English or Russian).
- Fluent English and Russian.
- Perfect organization skills.
- Proactive, energetic approach.
- Ability to build positive relations with both internal and external customers.
