Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
- Works closely with key Clients, its Vendors and internal stakeholders to design, transform and ensure delivery of operational marketing services across Europe
- Uses operational expertise and provide recommendations for new processes and projects implementation, participate and advise solutions for key Clients
- Engages markets in marketing services, initiate the projects and manage entire execution process with the team of managers
- Translates advanced analytics to actionable insights and recommendations
- Embeds category management insights to the day to day business and planning process
- Proactively suggests new insights and strategies that will add Category value
- Supports strategic activities (Category Planning process, Total Store Initiatives, Strategic partnerships and performance tracking after pilot launch/ rollout) and conduct workshops with relevant teams if required
- Upsells on existing Clients and promoting marketing operations across Europe
- Works with client to continually improve the services offered within existing and new service catalogue
- Manages relationship with client and all project stakeholders
- University degree in Management, Marketing or Business related subject
- 10 years’ experience in a designing transformation of processes into operations
- Ability to build diverse collaborative relationships with a large number of individuals across all levels in the organization
- Experience in marketing operations in BPO/ SCC environment will be an important asset
- Ability to understand and analyze business requirements, expectations and objectives in the area of new and existing services
- Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills
- Ability to work in challenging environment, high degree of flexibility
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with large number of individuals across all levels on client’s site, vendors and Accenture’s team
- Ability to build the high performing teams, mentor the managers and ensure career coaching and mentoring
- Willingness to potential travelling – approx. 50% of work
- Fluency in English is a must and another European language will be an asset
- Possibility of gaining experience within new marketing capability being developed in European region
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work
