Our Client is consumer products producer and leading licensor of brands. Currently due to structural changes, we are looking for a Category Manager CEE who will be responsible for driving development of the licensing business in certain categories.

Description
- Manages all aspects of the Consumer Products business in CEE in assigned categories with a focus on accelerating growth through efficient licensee and retail management.
- Fully responsible for the CEE Consumer Products P&L in the assigned categories by managing relationships and business with the existing partners and developing new opportunities on CEE markets - aggressively identifies category gaps and signs/ activates new partners or develops licensees to drive the business and close those gaps.
- Drives & closes major revenue-based deals/partnerships on CEE markets with a focus on CEE South markets.
- Partners with local marketing and sales teams to create and implement One Voice strategy internally and externally.
- Develops and maintains good relationships with the key retailers across CEE.
- Develops & executes retail specific merchandise strategies for CEE countries.
- Develops Hasbro loyalty programs offer internally and in cooperation with the external agencies. Builds relationships with the retailers across CEE region.
- Drives & communicates strategic vision both internally & externally, and acts as the ambassador for Consumer Products at trade shows and events.
Profile
- Multi-territory experience in CEE with focus on CEE South countries.
- Broad working knowledge of CEE markets - demonstrable experience of the Consumer Products business, with profit and loss responsibility.
- Solid experience in cooperation with Marketing, Retail/Buying gained on CEE markets.
- Must be a strong salesperson & positive influencer of people.
- Deal intensive background is preferred, with previous commercial roles showing a skilled grasp of the consumer.
- Understanding of core categories: Fashion, Home, Hard Goods, Publishing, Food Health & Beauty & Toy/Game. Toy & Game experience, however, is not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to grow major categories removing any obstacles.
- Proven retail development experience: especially store-in-store or branded stores.
- Working knowledge of the entertainment business in CEE.
- Experience in loyalty programs business in CEE and cooperation with the agencies, but not essential.
- Familiarity with working in a matrix organization with multiple reporting structures.
- Bachelor's degree, but not essential.
