About the job
Our InHouseCash team acts as an internal bank for entities within Arla Group, providing banking services, shaping processes and implementing cash management solutions worldwide. We are searching for a skilled financial specialist to join our Cash Management department to secure smooth operations, drive process improvements, contribute to the execution of Cash Management strategy and be a part of a great, highly qualified and motivated team.
Your main focus will be:
- Daily monitoring of external and internal bank statements
- Daily and monthly bank accounts reconciliation
- Payment execution
- Electronic payment file processing
- Monthly interest calculation and revaluation of In-House-Cash accounts
- Market data management
- Optimisation of external bank account structure
- Bank fees management
- Account opening and KYC process handling
- Standardization and automation of In-House-Cash processes
- Creation and maintenance of process documentation
- FX rates and market data maintenance
- PoA management
- Cash Management services (opening/closing of bank accounts, implementation of local banking solutions, day-to-day cooperation with banks, participation in pricing negotiations, etc.)
- Technical implementation of banking solutions
Who are you?
- Fluency in English
- University degree (preferably accounting or finance) and/or Mathematics, Banking School B.Sc. level or higher
- Solid Accounting knowledge
- Ability to work under time pressure (working with tight deadlines)
- Good analytical skills, accuracy and attention to details
- Banking products knowledge
- 1-2 years’ experience within Finance or Accounting (preferably from a Shared Services organisation or international company)
- Self-engagement and team orientation
- Flexibility and being open to change
- International mindset
- Experience in leading and implementing process improvements
Nice to have
- Experience in working with SAP In-House-Cash Module
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Charting , Macros, VBA)
