- Responsibile for activities assigned by the Collections Supervisor
- Customer's Debtors facing and relationship management.
- Support Client in identification of Invoice Disputes and assistance and getting them resolved, in-cooperation with Customer Sales
- Support Client in Credit Management, deal with on-hold orders
- Communicate verbally (telephone - Customer Calls) and in writing (Account Statement, Dunning Letter, Reminders) to execute Cash Collection activities accordingly to defined Collection strategy
- Provide regular status report to the client of all issues received, pending, and resolved issues.
- Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to
- Fluent English and Norwegian
- Min.1 year experience on a similar position in the international organization
- Experience specifically in Collections will be a strong asset
- MS Office (Excel) skills are essential
- Focus on client and targets'complition
