- Cash applications
- Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools
- Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems
- Follow up for retention payment certificates and post journals to close them
- Clear all unprocessed/ suspense account invoices as required
- Clear all queries resulting from these reconciliations as required
- Preparing and updating the process documentation and reviewing them on regular basis
- Pro-active approach towards dealing with clients
- Payments’ processing if needed
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of Norwegian or other Nordic language will be an asset
- Minimum 1 year experience on similar position in an international company
- Accuracy and focus on delivery
- Very good Excel skills
- Experience in working with ERP(s) will be an advantage
- Experience in handling clients' calls and queries will be a strong asset
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
