Job description
- Manage all paid-for activity across all digital platforms (web, mobile, social) to ensure delivery of acquisition targets
- Monitor performance of the site against acquisition targets identifying areas for improvement and provide recommendations
- Handle the agency relationship and ensure CPA’s are on track and agency is delivering
- Collate and distribute all traffic reports ensuring all recommendations and resulting actions are identified and completed
- Ensure acquisition targets for all digital platforms are met within the agreed budget requirements
- Create and implement strategies and roadmaps to enable us to meet acquisition targets across all digital platforms
- Work closely with the content producers to ensure content is optimized before it is published
Requirements
- Online marketing experience in a consumer organization or Media Agency
- Ability to buy Digital Media and analyze performance
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experience of working with people from different regions within the same organization
- Acquisition experience in a consumer organization
- Excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and the Internet
- Good team player with personal characteristics that engender trust and confidence
- Ability to establish credibility quickly
- Projects management experience
- Knowledge of both Polish and English is essential
