How You’l have an Impact:
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day contact and relationships with carriers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from origin to destination, and in securing reliable transportation partners to meet the diverse needs of our clients. You will work closely with various departments, including operations and carriers, to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality service in alignment with both customer expectations and Coyote standards.
Your responsibilities:
- Procurement:
- Create and develop carrier relationships according to network needs
- Set up new carriers with Coyote services such as CFS, GPS integration, and Coyote.com
- Negotiate rates, capacity and contractual agreements
- Network Performance:
- Day-to-day contact with carriers
- Maintain high-quality service level
- Identify and resolve any issues associated with the movement of freight
- Manage daily operations, including but not limited to: tracking, paperwork, accessorial, compliance issues, billing and incidents
- Communicate with the Operations team regarding changes (two way communication)
- Network Performance:
- Day-to-day contact with carriers
- Maintain high-quality service level
- Identify and resolve any issues associated with the movement of freight
- Manage daily operations, including but not limited to: tracking, paperwork, accessorial, compliance issues, billing and incidents
- Communicate with the Operations team regarding changes (two way communication)
- Network Optimization:
- Support Network Planner and Senior Capacity Procurement Representative in daily tasks

Our requirements
- English B2
- Polish B2
- Communication – You will be speaking with customers over the phone & face to face.
- Problem Solving – Ops Reps must be able to critically solve issues as they arise both internally and externally.
- Organization – Prioritization & time management are key
Preferred Education & Experience:
3 years experience in customer service, operations and/or logistics
