Capability building and competence developing
The aim of the role is to create, sustain and anchor competence development structure inside Arla. Fueled by your passion and dedication you'll develop the cross-departmental platform where process specific knowledge will be retained and dynamically managed. Furthermore, you will ensure success of development activities as well as onboarding new employees. Your main focus will be to:
- Deliver specific training to employees as required locally.
- Arrange knowledge sharing sessions (cross dept. / in-dept.) on regular basis on various topics using both traditional as well as explore innovative methods.
- Identify specific competences required for various jobs and collaborate with every department/team to ensure all employees have required skills for the job.
- Cooperate closely with HR BP to ensure capability building agenda supports and is derived from GSS People agenda.
- Link the new employees to competence matrix – PDCA from design to implementation.
- Ensure local GSS Talent Base program is successfully running as per Lean framework of PDCA.
- Review and update the skillset matrix.

We believe you take the lead and commitment build professional relationships with passion and commitment. Most important to us is your outstanding personality and your ability to work independently. As an engaging and excellent communicator, you are confident when delivering training and coaching as well as facilitating workshops. You are able to manage your own agenda and you are an advanced user of MS Excel and Power Point. In addition, we expect you to have analytical skills and lean competence. Moreover, you are fluent in spoken and written English. To be successful in that role you have to remember about Arla values that expect us to be innovative and open for changes.
