For our client – leader in fast moving consumer goods domain we look for professionals to step into the role of Campaign Program Specialist.
- The role will liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors and Client’s teams, to set-up, deploy and manage core brands on-line campaigns
- The essence of the role will cover identification of new opportunities to drive service growth and service relevance towards campaign conducted
- The individual will be responsible to liaison with key stakeholders to establish relationship with Client/Business partners by focusing on resolving issues with quality and reliability of campaigns planned and prepared for the deployment
- Liaise with brand teams, digital market leads from client to prepare and set-up the complex on-line campaigns to the right target group and capturing the meaningful analytics behind
- Ensure campaign standards, procedures and best practices are maintained
- Manage effective collaboration with client’s vendors for successful campaign set-up and execution
- Identifies and drives campaign platforms, data and target group issues to resolution
- Identifies opportunities to improve quality alignment across brands, tools and processes
- Proactively analyze and identify problem areas and plan/implement steps for process improvement to impact quality and production as well as highlight any risk that arises
- Train client stake-holders (e.g.: brand teams) over process related changes or enhancements
- Ensure incidents/change requests are documented & executed based on priority level
- Collaborate on initiatives leveraging own expertise and business partners
- Works independently in multicultural environment
- University degree, preferably in program management area
- Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must, any other European language like German, French, Italian or Spanish are nice to have
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in client facing roles related to program management in digital marketing space
- Proven record of experience of working with external vendors with ability to set expectations effectively
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with large number of individuals across all levels in organization and cultures globally
- Ability to develop solutions to complex problems requiring out of box thinking
- Proven record of experience in remote work environment
- Strong personality with focus on a client and goals achievements
- Comfort in working in changing and challenging area
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High level of flexibility and adoptability followed with strong leadership skills
- Possibility of gaining experience within stable marketing capability in European region
