Campaign Manager for SaaS expanding to Poland
Location: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy: plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
- Manage multichannel campaigns (webinar, email, social, paid ads, content, SEO).
- Develop messaging and creative assets to promote our SaaS solutions.
- Hosting webinars to engage with the audience and demonstrate how our CRM works.
- Analyze campaign performance, report on results, and optimize based on data.
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
- Cooperate with our teams (sales, marketing, product) on all of the above.
- Networking with potential clients and business partners.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years in campaign management, ideally in SaaS. Proven success in running campaigns.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of digital channels (email, social, paid, SEO).
- Skills: Ability to manage campaigns from A to Z: planning, setting goals, creating content, executing, optimizing, evaluating etc.
- Drive: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
- Language: C2 level in Polish and min. B2 in English.
- Flexibility: Ability to spend an onboarding phase (4-6 weeks) in company HQ in Ostrava. Then visiting us occasionally.
- A big plus for you is familiarity with the local business environment.
