FS Distribution & Marketing jobs stipulate certain requirements. Candidates for Campaign Management Consultant are expected to possess competencies in following areas:

Higher degree in Management / Computer Science / Statistics / Econometrics.

Minimum 3 years of experience working in a data driven marketing campaign management space, preferable in consulting or in the financial services industry.

Solid knowledge of design and implementation of outbound and inbound campaigns in line with customers journeys, both in batch and real-time, in a multichannel environment.

Extensive knowledge of one or more of leading campaign management tools, e.g. IBM Campaign, SAS Customer Intelligence Studio etc.

Proficient in real-time decision-making using tools such as IBM Interact, SAS Real-Time Decision Manager.

Knowledge of optimization methods.

Deep skills in marketing operations and campaign management throughout the entire process: from campaign planning, through lead generation, optimization and distribution to campaign monitoring.

Knowledge of campaign reporting solutions, including reporting data model design and business intelligence and data visualization tools.

Knowledge of banking services business model, products and value drivers.

Strong problem-solving skills combined with the ability to creatively untangle complex issues and develop innovative and efficient solutions within a narrow time frame.
