CAD Project Manager [Rekrutacja prowadzona online]
Location: Warszawa
The CAD Engagement Manager is a Global CAD Team role within the Occupancy Planning (OP) practice and is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and oversight of CAD/CAFM services within the OP line of business. This position is accountable for ensuring successful and accurate completion of multiple tasks within the Global CAD Team support structure including; ongoing maintenance of CAD drawings as well as the connection of the CAD drawings with the Computer Aided Facility Maintenance (CAFM) platform.
Responsibilities:
- Seek opportunities within existing accounts to expand services
- Proactively manage execution of client engagements to ensure excellence, consistency and profitability.
- Through the team workflow tools provide Quality Assurance checks and management of tasks
- Support OP Practice knowledge management by assisting in the development of processes, tools, and client deliverables that will be included in best practices.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
- Provide monthly reporting for billing purposes
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- 5 years of CAD/CAFM technical and project-related experience in a corporate real estate environment
- A strong working knowledge of CAD/CAFM Systems
- Must have a strong understanding of the Occupancy Planning discipline.
- Excellent MS skills inducing: Power Point, Excel, Access, Word
- Financial/analytical skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Program management skills coupled with the ability to profitably execute and deliver
