As Business Unit Manager you will be fully responsible for driving strategies and effectiveness of your unit in a way to further develop the company's business in line with the set strategy. This high profile position will give you the chance to work with big talent sales professionals and leading products. In this role you will utilize experience and expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others as well affect short and long-term business goals.

 

Opis stanowiska

 

In position of Business Unit Manager you will demonstrate leadership and managerial skills through being effective in developing and executing sales and marketing activities to exceed unit's market share and maximize revenue objectives, by:

  • Defining and implementing the business plan with overall P&L responsibility
  • Overseeing marketing/sales programs and activities
  • Managing operations of team under sales plan towards meeting yearly budget
  • Establishing and implementing short and long term organizational goals, objectives, policies
  • Developing strong relationships key opinion leaders and clients
  • Providing market research and competitors analysis to monitor trends, identify needs and determine corresponding solution to meet company goals
  • Leading and motivating the sales team to deliver the highest levels of productivity (to maximize its potential), improving their personal growth and creating the best work environment

Experience/ Skills Required:

  • Sales management experience with proven track record in managing and directing successful sales force in multinational company
  • Relevant marketing experience
  • A full understanding of medical devices market (background in medical devices highly preferred)
  • Strong business development skills and a desire to win in the marketplace
  • Fluent in English
