The Business Support Specialist will be part of Global Support team supporting Customer Engagement Management Program.
Duties and responsibilities:
- IT operational data collection, analysis, presentation, communication. Also, automating these processes.
- Defining and describing control processes
- Supplier invoices verification and processing – verifying amounts, services, approver names, etc
- Facilitate end-to-end software license purchasing process on request from our customers
Skills and knowledge:
- Knowledge of IT operations
- Experience with accessing and querying databases
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
- Advanced English
- Strong communications skills
