- Designing and owning Global Business Services ServiceNow functionality in order to enable full usage of the portal across multiple functions and maximize user experience
- Driving long term strategic vision for the portal in close collaboration with Technology Platform Owner
- Standardizing functionalities between different functional workstreams and working closely with functional experts to ensure their needs are reflected
- Driving global alignment and development with IT
- Owning road map of introducing new functionalities and improving user experience (eg chat bots)
- Ensuring that ServiceNow functionalities are in line with Service Performance Management Playbook and global GBS and JTI ways of working
- Ensuring Proper Catalogue Management – working closely with Service Catalogue owner to make sure that forms are properly designed and located and they correctly correspond with service catalogue
- Ensuring compliant access control framework for over 35.000 users
- Signing off requirements and assigning priorities on quarterly basis
- Supervise testing and signing off the delivered solution
- Socializing the product vision to Function Service Delivery Owners and wider organization
- Working closely with change and communication experts to keep user’s community and executive stakeholders involved and informed
- Promoting MyJTI one-stop shop as go-to place for GBS customers and major service channel
- Have a Bachelor or Master degree
- 3+ years of experience in GBS organization in area of Service Platform management, experience with ServiceNow
- Deep experience with managing ServiceNow Platform as an owner or key user or other similar product ownership from business side
- Experience in driving development of the ServiceNow Functionality to maximize its efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Experience in process analysis and mapping, workflow construction, platform’s frontend and backend management
- “Generalist” understanding of processes in transactional areas in Finance and Accounting, HR, Transportation and Logistics, Procurement and IT
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and upper management and knowledge about customer experience measurement and improvement
- Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management with ability to drive major change of way of working across the company
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Operational understanding of GBS delivery and company ways of working
