In order to be able to maintain and expand its leading position in the market in the long term, the course is already being set in order to have additional capacities available in the future. As part of a long-term operational strategy, it was therefore decided to build another plant. The aim is to increase production capacity with the new plant from 2023 and to use it as flexibly as possible according to proven processes and quality standards. At the new location, production is independent of the brand and it is thus possible to react quickly and flexibly to demand in individual product areas. The future production facility will create modern jobs and manufacturing structures - in a region that has a lot to offer for families and leisure activities beyond the workplace.

- Conducting the research, analysis and giving recommendations to the organization’s business processes
- Supporting process owners in looking for the improvements, operational efficiencies, quality service, and profitability
- Collecting and studying operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Developing and coordinating business processes training, job aids, and documentation for the process owners and process users
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and development of efficient and effective processes in line with strategic business objectives
- Preparing process mapping and description in the BIC Cloud with all necessary supporting documentation
- Very good communication skills and assertiveness
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in process mapping
- Ability to set up deadlines and executing them
- Very good command of English, knowledge of German will be an advantage
