We cooperate very closely with our direct customers for whom we carry out installation, maintenance and commissioning projects. We are a scalable technical resource to our customers when they do not want or cannot maintain their own technical staff with unique technical competences that we possess.
The job
As Business Process Manager you will refer to the Executive Management. Your main responsibility is ensuring that our Business processes are optimal and create the highest value for BIC Electric and our customers.
As Business Process Manager, you must ensure that BIC Electric can scale the business with expected significant growth in the coming years. In addition, we are struggling to create value for customers and employees in terms of service and information, as well as better management of resources and competencies in a more complex production. This is to be achieved through an overall professionalization of internal functions such as sales, marketing, planning, HR and finance and continuous improvement of processes.
At the same time, over the next year you will be responsible for implementation of a new IT platform, consisting of Salesforce and Office 365 products (like SharePoint, Power BI and Excel). It is expected that you can run system implementation, and adjust and provide specifications to suppliers that ensure continued optimization, or do it yourself for minor changes.
With the implementation of a new IT platform, there is also a desire for increased focus on management and performance reporting. You will thus be responsible for further developing and adjusting our reporting, in cooperation with the Executive Board and administration.
You will be part of the management team in the company, and you will play a leading role when the Executive Board travels between the company's offices in Denmark, Norway and our customers around the world.
You will also manage a small team, responsible for processes, IT, quality and Health & Safety. Your management task is to keep the administration running and ensure that challenges are addressed and resolved when they arise.
The Candidate
You may have different approaches to the job. Experience from a similar position as controller from production or a service company, production manager, development manager in an IT company, project manager for major international projects or similar.
In addition to education, it is important that you have experience with management in an international company, having shown results in a production-oriented function and can analyze processes and streamline them through automation and use of methods from LEAN or similar. You will find use for these skills and your experience with change management when implementing internal business development projects that increase efficiency and quality in processes and workflows.
You may have experience with implementing IT systems and are a superuser in Office 365 products like Excel and SharePoint. It is advantageous if you have experience with Power BI, Microsoft Reporting or Salesforce, and if you can utilize the systems optimally to create results, streamline processes and create visibility in results through management reporting.
Over the years, you have succeeded in business development and operations, and you have driven process improvements across national borders and cultures. You are a natural part of the international organization and an ambassador for Danish corporate culture. You take independent responsibility in a modern organization with a flat hierarchy.

You will be part of an organization where the corporate language is English. It is a requirement that you have a mastery of English to a negotiation level both orally and in writing. The position is based in Szczecin, together with a team of ca 25 highly educated and dedicated employees, in an international and English spoken friendly environment. We will help you with a relocation to our beautiful Szczecin.
