- Studying, Identifying, designing and managing the implementation and optimization of systems & processes,
- Defining, documenting & providing training for user acceptance test scripts,
- Executing user acceptance tests with the business for NFPS system & its interfaces.
- Providing 3rd level system & process support as required.
- Managing, documenting and maintenance of the Internal Controls (IC) in their remit.
- Documenting processes and desk top procedures, when there have been process changes
- Maintainance and updating process and procedure diagrams and flowcharts in line with process changes
- Performing agreed monthly tasks eg. reconciliations
- 6 years Oracle ERP system experience,
- Functional knowledge of: Cash Management, Clearing House, Payment and supplier setup, Bank reconciliation,
- Virtual team management experience.
- Good level of practiced technical knowledge.
- Matrix management experience of multiple teams,
- A global approach and an appreciation of cultural differences
- Ability to engage with customer and internal staff as required.
- Ability to ability to work in a virtual team environment.
- Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required.
- Administrative and project management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and to build a strong rapport with customers and the Service Provider
