About the department
As our Business Performance Analyst, you will be a part of our Distributors Markets team. We are responsible for driving strategy, business development and daily operations in close collaboration with our regional sales team and distributors in 60 countries in Asia, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
The markets are characterized by low education and awareness about our treatment areas, often poor reimbursement, and lack of / unawareness of patient rights. We aim to change this by building strong partnership with local distributors, to provide better education to healthcare professionals and support to patients through phone, online activities, and home visits.
About the job
The job is located in Szczecin, Poland, with a close relation to HQ in Denmark on daily basis. The aim of the role is to track distributors and market performance and to develop and maintain business performance reporting on Coloplast Distributors all over Emerging Markets (70 countries). Business Performance Specialist will support HQ organization and local sales teams around the world with data analysis (regarding i.e. sales, inventory, patients data) and will act as system administrator and report expert for dedicated CRM system.
Your responsibilities
- Drive day to day management of reporting across distributor markets (collect, validate, upload data from customers to IT system)
- Project scoping and interaction with distributors on building data model for in-market sales (distributor sales to customers) and inventory data
- Structure and present data in a format that generate best possible insights and conclusions
- Support report development (in collaboration with Market Development Manager in HQ)
- Establish monthly performance management reports and process for key markets
- Take ownership for monthly tender forecast process for distributor markets
- System administrator for CRM system (create users, validate data, drive on-boarding of new countries)
- Roll-out price compliance reporting
- Backup on price governance management
- Ad-hoc report creating for efficiency improvements
Requirements
- Excellent numerical, inductive and analytical skills
- Excellent English skills (writing and speaking)
- Expert user of MS Office – in particular Excel (advanced level required), PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Knowledge of any ERP or CRM system is an advantage
- Understanding of databases and preferably experience with report development in a BI environment
- Basic project management knowledge
- Experience within Performance Management and/or Business Intelligence will be an advantage
- Basic commercial or sales understanding will be helpful
- Quality oriented and service minded
- Result oriented, pragmatic and systematic
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to present in a clear and easily understandable way both in writing and orally
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and accelerate a change effort within the organization
- Shows attention to detail, accurate and precise in data presentation and descriptions of initiatives
