Responsibilities:
- Support Sales team and the managers, in making best use of the processes, systems/tools, and information/data that they need to perform their roles with maximum efficiency.
- Answer questions from Inside Sales personnel correctly and swiftly
- first-line support for the standard sales processes and the approved systems/tools.
- Contribute to the rollout of new/changed standard sales processes and approved systems/tools, including by providing training whenever relevant.
- Support Inside Sales business-, pipeline- and forecast-management activities, in coordination with Inside Sales Finance.
- Support management throughout the business-planning cycles
- Support maintenance of Sales Territory assignment lists, as well as data required by Finance and HR to pay sales commissions in an accurate and timely fashion
- Produce standard reports as pre-agreed, along with analysis and synthesis of KPIs therein to help assess business performance and spot issues and risks
- reports for management upon request
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of successful business experience in Sales and/or Finance
- Fluent English
- Quality orientation
