Welcome to the FRC - Automation . We add value by providing the wider FRC with automation solutions, technical platforms and educate our colleagues how to use common automation components created in Python. As Business Intelligence & Process Specialist, you will play a valuable role in supporting our technical platform for control automation, you will be responsible for functionality we develop and the sequence of it as well as conducting review of business logic before its being committed to our common Python code repository.
What you will be doing:
- Developing and maintaining Python functionality supporting business automation
- Onboarding new data sources to the platform as requested by stakeholder (via API, ODBC, Kafka - Communication layer)
- Identifying CI/CD opportunities with our colleagues in IT
- Having a close dialogue with our process owners on new functionality that is needed across the platform
You will join a small team located across the Nordics and in Poland that is responsible for the development of a business automation platform, educating our people on how to use it and process automation realisation.
The role is based in Gdynia or Copenhagen.

Your experience and background:
- Hands-on experience with Python coding, Oracle databases and JSON objects
- Data integration via API, ODBC, Kafka etc.
- Hands-on experience working with github/bitbucket, containers for development, support and orchestration (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes)
- Experience working with PnL / risk / accounting is a strong advantage
