Your responsibilities:
- All strategic activities based on Hilti’s business strategy, tracking potential and market trends,
- Market research for market segmentation data, market growth and new business opportunities,
- Analysis of Hilti’s products, services’ potential, trends & competition in the construction industry,
- Co-operation with the pricing department: analysis of pricing strategy, creation of presentations and pricing documents, verification of pricing strategy and benchmarking,
- Inspiration of leaders in the organization by providing customer and business insights,
- Simulation effect of Hilti’s new pricing strategy / strategic initiatives,
- Calculating, analyzing, influencing Hilti’s key business data,
- Reporting directly to the Strategic Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in Economics, Business, Statistics),
- Experience in market research, pricing strategy development and market analysis (international experience would be an asset),
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as customer focus,
- Dynamic personality with high performance mindset,
- Willingness to develop professionally,
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Access in particular),
- Very good command of English (B2 / C1).
