- Drive business transformation through Lean Six sigma and Analytics
- Identity and lead Process Re-engineering, Entitlement, Robotics and Innovation initiatives
- Interact with client/ internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives
- Collaborate with multiple functions within Delivery Excellence and Innovation in driving industry certifications and Gen 4/Gen 5/Gen 6/Gen 7 agenda
- Drive significant value proposition to ACN as well as to clients through strategic, industry relevant, large scale initiatives

- Manage costs of the Projects and deliver on time
- Operational Excellence knowledge min. Green Belt certification
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within Client and Accenture organizations
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and strong presentation skills
