In your role you will support all end-to-end processes of assigned accounts from efficiency and effectiveness perspective, applying deep process expertise towards development, maintenance and continuous improvement of processes. Additionally, you will support organization in increasing quality through evaluating performance and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Identify, prioritize and manage opportunities for efficiencies to improve productivity and SLA performance
- Drive execution of innovation and transformation projects through the operational excellence agenda
- Drive rigorous metrics related to the balanced scorecard to evaluate performance and drive reduction in variability/defects in critical business processes
- Collaborate with client/ internal stakeholders to critically assess and improve client processes and drive client value through corporate programs such as cost to serve, digitization, operations maturity and we@accenture
- Collaborate with global teams/ internal stakeholders to identify and implement best practices and support deployment of global initiatives and programs in assigned accounts
- Previous Lean/LSS experience required (Green Belt or Black Belt training/ certification will be an advantage)
- English language – minimum intermediate level. Fluent in verbal and written communication
- Microsoft Office suite skills – proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Familiarity with Finance and Accounting processes – OTC/P2P/R2R (experience of SAP & client systems will be an advantage)
- Self-drive, proactive approach and strong change management skills are a must
