Support all end-to-end processes of assigned accounts from efficiency and effectiveness perspective, applying deep process expertise toward development, maintenance and continuous improvement of processes. Support organization in increasing quality through evaluating performance and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage end2end cost-to-serve projects for clients
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies (to improve productivity and SLA performance) through workshops and entitlement studies, drive delivery of such projects (automation, process improvements)
- Collaborate with client/ internal stakeholders to improve client processes and drive client value through operations maturity
- Develop short- and long-term strategic business plans to align resources to meet future customer needs and drive superior operating results
- Support the execution of innovation projects through the operational excellence agenda
- Create a culture which supports disciplined and systematic process management; data driven decision making; continuous improvement aligned with established strategy & objectives (improvement roadmap)
- Drive continuous improvement program on assigned accounts to build employee engagement to make an impact on client's value proposition
- Drive strategic quality plan at the operational level, defining and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure success in the deployment of operational excellence practices
- Deploy quality plan at the operational level in conjunction with the operational excellence group to provide overall quality leadership to the site
- Manage quality and lean six sigma strategy to facilitate continuous production of products consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements
- Drive rigorous metrics related to the balanced scorecard to evaluate performance and drive reduction in variability/defects in critical business processes
- Reorient organizational focus on conventional detection and containment to focus on best-in-class prevention
- Motivate, counsel and constructively deal with people at all levels to contribute to team goal and agenda
- Build relationship with other teams and corporate resources
- English language – minimum intermediate level
- Microsoft Office suite skills – proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Previous Lean/LSS experience preferred but not mandatory – knowledge about L6S techniques
- Flexibility, adaptability, pro-activeness and ownership
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
