Business Development Specialist

You will be expected to:
- Initiate and coordinate sales back-office processes and documentation
- Conduct the market research, analyze the industry and competitors' performance in relation to Apptension services
- Use the existing measures to ensure client's positive experience and happiness at every stage of the project cycle
- Follow the established communication and sales process between Apptension and clients, as well as, contribute to continuous improvement of Business Development Department ways of working
- Contribute to Company's growth through actively seeking new business and networking opportunities
- Directly collaborate with Apptension project teams and client's representatives to ensure clients vision and needs are met along the way
- Join forces with our Office team to assure all formal requirements for each project are fulfilled
- Report directly to CEO and COO
As Business Development Specialist you will need to demonstrate:
- Excellent manner of written and verbal communication with clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and Customer Service
- Experience in maintaining communication with B2B clients e.g. Creative Agencies, Producents, Project Managers and Startups
- Good command of English both spoken and written (at least strong B2)
- Some knowledge of IT or software consulting market
- Ability to work independently and manage your work schedule efficiently
- Experience with G Suite
