Shortdescription:
- The manager reports to Director of Business Department (position is covered currently by General Director).
- The manager should cover the business field of Global Environment Infrastructure Business, Industrial Finance Logistics & Development, Energy, Metal and Machinery and follow up on going business and projects under development including Power plant, Nuclear plant, Marine equipment, Regional jet, Aircraft leasing, Water treatment, Railway system,Ammonia compressor, Metals.
- The manager is requested to find new business opportunitiesin the field.
- The manger is required to share information and work effectively with another Manager Business Development and other staff in our office as well as keep close communication and co-work with Headquarter abroad and other overseas offices mainly in Europe.
Basic duties:
- To establish long-term contacts on the Polish market.
- To build market position by location, developing, defining, negotiating high-level contracts and closing contracts.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements;developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Requirements:
- Engineer degree – specialization in machinery will be anasset.
- 8 years of experience in the fields aforementioned.
- Ability to learn new technical data in short period of time.
- Professionalism, confidence, energy, self-drive.
- High sales motivation, good organization, self-control.
- Willingness to travel around Poland and occasionally abroad is a must.
- Ability to act as intermediary advisory level between two business parties, match the contractors for a business deal.
- Excellent communication skills including presentations.
- English fluency in written and spoken.
- Reference (spoken recommendation) from previous employersis a must.
