Business Development Manager
A Leader who dreams (and delivers) of building up leading Conference Communities in a particular area of business with the prime objective of empowering community members businesses.
Job Location: Warszawa lub Kraków
In this role you:
- Will take full ownership and responsibility for the generation of new sponsoring and/or exhibiting (SPEX) clients as well as the maintenance of existing clients that are assigned to you.
- Maintain strong relationships with speakers, delegates and SPEX clients and other industry contacts and are utilizing those relations for finding and developing new sales leads and eventually new ideas for (sections of) conferences and other methodologies causing positive business change.
- Manage at the events and other industry meetings that the right managers get connected with the right service providers.
You need to:
- Have at least 5 year of relevant sales experience in a B2B environment
- Feel strongly connected to the mission of the business to cause positive business change.
- Be professional, confident, energetic and highly sales motivated and organized.
- Be an expert in customer service
- Possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English and Polish, verbally and in writing
- Be able to generate new ideas, think innovatively and use creative tools and lateral thinking to secure business advantage for all stakeholders involved
