For one of our Clients, we are currently looking for:
Duties/Responsibilities:
Influencing share of wallet
- Validate customer potential.
- Create and execute plans to develop a relevant product offer for individual customers.
- Understand competitors in the market within individual customers.
- Promote relevant promotions and sales campaigns to customers.
- Maintain up to date accurate activity records for customers and prospects.
- Engage key suppliers for technical and commercial support.
- Identify tender opportunities and project management.
- Design and deliver sales pitches to customers.
Maximising Growth Profit
- Identify and pursue long term contract framework agreements.
- Cost reduction initiatives, standardisation, and supply chain consolidation.
- Manage, network & build relations with multiple customer stakeholders.
Profit growth contribution
- Negotiate effectively and effectively utilise discount structure.
- Maximise Return on Investment (ROI) on branch Profit and Loss.
- Create plans to introduce benefits and cost reduction initiatives.
Requirements:
- Time served or graduate engineer.
- Proven experience of B2B sales.
- Demonstrable experience in high value account management/high value territory sales.
- Able to create and implement sales strategy including vertical market segmentation.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills able to communicate at a senior level (incl. negotiation, listening and presentation skills).
- Microsoft Office package skills
- Fluent command of Polish and English
- Willing to travel nationally/working from home (as required)
- Valid Polish driving license
