ICT-POLAND is an integration partner co-developing state-of-the-art (embedded) software.We have built up our domain knowledge working for leading companies in this industry. As Business Development Manager at ICT-POLAND you are responsible for winning new business (measured through revenue targets) in new and existing accounts, both national and international. You are responsible for the profitable business development of our professional services involving secondment, in-house projects and turn-key solutions using our own products. Close teamwork with project (bid) management, operational management, technical consultants and partners is essential in exceeding targets. Partners are hardware partners and solution partners in joint tender/bid processes is of key importance to win business.
As Business Development Manager you report to the Business Unit Manager.
Responsibilities
- Win enough new business and new customers to meet and exceed the yearly revenue targets;
- Selling solutions and professional services in order to help our customers in achieving their business goals;
- Goal is to make each customer a super promoter of ICT-POLAND and our solutions and products;
- Develop new relevant functions in our own products through improving our customers business that can be sold repetitively, mainly through joint effort of customer and ICT-POLAND;
- Maintain and develop a good personal network in the market;
- Manage and execute the business development process to win the business;
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends and challenges in the market;
- Develop the market together with our business- and operational management;
- Consulting to grow our market share and revenue to meet our yearly revenue goals;
- Help develop compelling positioning and messaging for our solutions and products;
Requirements
- Bachelor/Academiclevel;
- 7+ Years of proven business development experience offering system- and software engineering services within the market;
- Have an international network within the market;
- Experience with a "consultative selling" of solutions in complex (software) environments;
- Fluent in English (both writing and speaking), German is a plus;
- Global territory with focus in Europe, willingness to travel frequently;
- Learn everything there is to know about our services, solutions, products and market;
- Able to work closely with partners and 3rd party technology / solution suppliers;
- Articulate our valueproposition to the market.
