The job purpose is to provide work direction, develop system specifications, design (hw, sw, services) solutions for complex business problems defined by customers in order to promote operational efficiency and facilitate support activities.
- Bares the overall responsibility for the installation, implementation and delivery of company's hardware, software systems and services
- Inventory management and control
- Insure the correct procedures/processes are followed and monitor qualitative and quantitative indicators of offered services – Complain Management when necessary
- Identifying key priorities and sequencing them properly to ensure attainment of business goals
- Acts as the customer consultant to help identify and cover specific customer support needs
- Participates in the design of processes, systems, contracts and provides input in the obligations that derive from them
- Proven experience in management of operations support of hardware, software systems and services
- Profitient use of the English language
- Strong communication skills
- Strong management, supervisory, coaching and development skills
- Strong business acumen
- Strong technical background
- University degree
- Experience in POS and Payment Transactions will be considered as an asset
