Currently, we are looking for a suitable individual for a position Business Development Manager - Industry CEE.
Your challenge:
On this position you will be responsible for driving business growth in Industry Segment across CEE. You will define and execute Lead Generation programs in the market supporting sales funnel creation and lead the efforts in generating customer insights analyzing and understanding market trends.
Key areas of responsibilities:
- Create, execute and secure the segment strategy across CEE region
- Drive growth in new value propositions of Philips systems and services
- Secure a planned and structured customer approach
- Find and address all key stakeholders in the customer organization
- Manage and secure Lead generation and account plans accordingly
- Orchestrate the Partner relationship
- Secure Philips as preferred partner and top of mind on customers

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in tech Science, Business Administrations in marketing/sales or a related discipline
- 5 years’ experience in business development with good customer/industry contacts (B2B domains)
- Understanding Internet of Things (IoT), big data, new technologies in Industrial processes will be an advantage
- Proven experience and results in lead creation via marketing campaigns and tools
- A good understanding of energy efficiency and manufacturing management systems
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate into appealing solutions
- Experience in providing presentations for customers
- Good communicator and ability to engage well with employees at all levels of the organization
- Good understanding in all aspects of the business: sales, marketing, financial, logistics, service & maintenance
- Ability to maintain creativity and professionalism in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
