About NEO BY E100
NEO BY E100 is a spin-off and the only European remote payment platform which grew out of the digital factory of a market-leading, pan-European fuel card business - E100. We are headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, and plan to incorporate there as an independent business later in 2020.
We offer a seamless payment experience for fuel and soon a number of other mobility services used by business clients and consumers in Europe and Russia. NEO BY E100 allows car and truck makers, financial services providers, mobility platforms, and other business segments to create their own remote or payment solution – while providing their end customers with a comfortable, integrated payment experience. NEO BY E100 is a team of seasoned professionals working in tech, financial, mobility and digital industries for over a decade. We are passionate about building a solution that will become an industry standard in the nearest future.
NEO BY E100 is looking for a

- University degree (business, economics, marketing)
- Minimum 3 years BD/sales experience in B2C or B2B2C in the Polish market (financial services a plus)
- Excellent understanding of digital economy, products and services
- P&L responsibility (at least 300.000 EUR p.a.)
- Native Polish speaker , advanced level business English (spoken and written), German a plus
- Analytical, data-driven approach
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Follow up new business opportunities, contacting potential clients, arranging meetings, providing relevant marketing materials, etc.
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities – including new segments, client groups, product and service trends, etc.
- Communicate new product developments to current and prospective clients
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives together with our marketing specialists
- Prepare proposals and contracts together with our financial and legal specialists
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Provide management with regular feedback, collaborate on strategies
- Position as Business Development Manager
- Responsible for business development in the Polish market (B2B2C clients)
- Part of a BD team of 4 (and growing rapidly)
