Business Development Director's responsibility is to improve the organization's market position and achieve financial growth. S/he will contribute to set up short-term strategic goals based on market knowledge, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities and negotiate and close business deals.
Business Development Director works in a senior sales position within our company. It will be his/her job to work with the internal operation and recruitment team and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization. To achieve this, s/he will need to identify potential new prospects, attract and persuade them, convert them into customers, and continue to grow business in the future.
On this position s/he will also help manage existing customers and ensure they remain satisfied and positive. An ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding sales and negotiation experience.
Business Development Director will report to NATEK Group Sales director.
- Detecting and developing new sales opportunities
- Prospecting for potential new customers and turn this into increased business
- Meeting potential customers by growing, maintaining, and leveraging own network and contacts
- Researching and building relationships with new customers
- Identifying upcoming market opportunities
- Forecasting sales activities for existing accounts and seting performance goals
- Working with senior management teams and Country Manager/Regional Managers on developing strategies and tactics
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customer's decision makers and operational managers who can influence development of NATEK business
- Strong experience in B2B sales of IT outsourcing and technical subcontracting services (preferred from IT contracting (bodyleasing) environment)
- Developed network of business contacts with key decision makers
- Expertise in contract negotioations
- Strong performance in fast moving, changing environment
- Strong commercial know-how and ability to create long-term business relations
- Fluent English, which will be used in daily work
