Business Developer for Polish Market
Location: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Identify and Prospect: Seek out and engage with potential SMB clients (and partners) across Poland who can benefit from our CRM solution.
- Convert Leads into Customer: Later you will start getting qualified leads
- Present and Demo: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value and capabilities of Raynet CRM.
- Close Deals: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Market Feedback: Gather and relay feedback from clients to our product team to help improve Raynet CRM.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to expand your network and promote Raynet CRM.
- Support: In the very beginning support the customers with troubleshooting and customizations
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven 2-5 years experience in business development or sales. Relevant experience from selling SaaS or other tech solutions is an advantage.
- Knowledge: Understanding of the Polish SMB market and its dynamics is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Drive: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
- Language: Native in Polish and proficient in English.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel within Poland as needed to meet with clients and attend events and to company HQ in Ostrava.
