- Plan and execute ABB Ability business initiatives and continuously monitor business performance, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction;
- Implements the agreed sales business strategy and budget;
- Provides ABB Ability business strategy input for the sales team and helps to harmonize the market sales and marketing plans;
- Creates detailed business plans, implement with regular followup;
- Contributes in sales negotiations and negotiations the frame agreements;
- Identifies and evaluates ABB Ability business partners together with the Sales Managers;
- Supports in driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers and other decision makers;
- Collaborates with Marketing and Sales and executes those activities that require channel/segment partner participation;
- Implements the planned communication, promotion and training activities corresponding to the ABB Ability business;
- Supports in certification and training of channel partners.
- Degree in engineering (business preferred);
- Experience in cloud solutions and automation solutions to monitor enterprise operations;
- Very good knowledge of English allowing free communication in an international environment;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications;
- Ability to build good business relationships;
- Demonstrated strong verbal/written and presentation skills to all levels in an organization;
- Driving license. B.
